In the link below, you will find user guides for loading items and deals into the IDS system, uploading images, and navigating the VTS application. Ensure all deals are loaded by 6/17/2025. The Excel template for submitting deals to your McLane Senior Manager and Replenishment Manager for approval is also included. No deals can be submitted without their written approval.

The Excel template includes several tabs:

  • Engage Virtual Worksheet Tab: For deals in the Virtual Show (7/11/2025-8/25/2025).
  • Engage Live Worksheet Tab: For deals in the Live Show (7/22/2025-8/15/2025) with deeper discounts.
  • Bundle Deal Worksheet Tab: For bundle deals (e.g., buy 1, get 1 free). Fill in the “total bundle deal amount” based on the sell type (Full Case, Repack, or Single Sell).
  • Item Images Tab: Include deal images (200×200 pixels, .jpg format) with specific file name requirements.

Once approved, please enter your deals into the IDS system. Here are some helpful guides to assist you:

The Engage mobile app will be the central information hub for attendees at Engage 2025. As a supplier, you can create and showcase your company listing within the app and take advantage of the lead scanning functionality.

The Supplier App Portal allows you to build and manage your company listing and lead scanning settings (if applicable). You can customize the experience for your company by designating fields and downloading scanned leads. Please note that other lead scanning software or devices are not compatible with our system.

Setting Up the Supplier App Portal

The primary contact/booth manager will be set up as Exhibitor Admin with access to the Supplier App Portal. Only one designated person from your company will have admin access to the portal. The portal can be accessed here.

  • To get started, first set up a password by clicking on the “create a password” link. The primary contact will be sent an email for password setup. Proceed through the steps to set a password.
  • Once the password is set up, return to the portal and log in. Important: the portal admin must use these same credentials to log into the mobile app. The portal admin will not use the app’s universal password.
  • Select the Engage 2025 event to access your company landing page.
  • For lead retrieval, a section will show on the navigation of the dashboard screen (click the three lines if not visible).
    • The portal admin will be able to download leads from the portal into Excel by clicking the Download All button.
    • Add custom questions to your company’s lead retrieval by clicking on the Manage Custom Fields button.
    • Please keep in mind that only the designated person with access can download leads and make edits to your company page/lead retrieval questions

How to create custom questions:

  • Once the “Admin” for the supplier portal has logged in, on the first page, click “Manage Custom Fields.”
  • On the following screen, you can create various custom fields
    • Ratings, Choice Questions or Text fields. A “notes” field is already included.
  • The booth staffer would ask the question and use this area to indicate the attendee’s answers.

Scanning Leads Onsite

Lead retrieval is used through the Engage mobile app on your own personal smartphone or tablet. All booth reps/attendees from your organization that will be scanning leads should download the mobile app.

  • When the mobile app is launched, attendees listed within the Attendees section will have a lead scanning option included within their mobile app profile.
  • Select “Lead Capture” on the menu option and allow camera access.
  • Use the device camera to scan the QR code located on an attendee badge to scan that lead.
  • Once a lead is successfully scanned, the attendee’s information will be shown on the list. Click on the attendee’s name to access lead rating, custom questions (if desired) and a notes field.
