Thank you for exhibiting at McLane Engage 2026! Below are a list of key dates you should be aware of. 

  • May 18: Exhibitor Kit Distributed to Exhibitors
  • July 10: Deadline for Loading Deals
  • July 10: All food & beverage items to be sampled must be submitted via email to Kelly Wilcox [email protected]
  • July 22 beginning at 8:00 AM: First Day Advanced Receiving
  • July 31: Hotel Room Block Cutoff at 5:00 PM CST
  • August 3: Invoice Deadline
  • August 14 until 2:00 PM CST: Last Day Advanced Receiving
  • August 15 – September 25: McLane Engage Virtual Deals Run
  • August 24: Exhibitor Set Up from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • August 25: Exhibitor Set Up from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (booths ready by 3:00 PM for Supplier/Sales meet and greet)
  • August 26 – September 18: McLane Engage Live Deals Run
  • August 26: Optional teardown 5:00 – 7:00 PM
  • August 27: Exhibitor Tear Down from 11:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Willwork Global Event Services is the official general services contractor for McLane Engage 2026. Check back here in mid-May for a link to the exhibitor kit.

  • Food & beverage samples are permitted on the show floor with prior venue approval.
  • All food & beverage items to be sampled must be submitted via email to Kelly Wilcox [email protected] by July 10.
  • To order in-booth catering, please contact: Kelly Wilcox [email protected]
  • Sample Size: Exhibitors may provide sample-sized portions for tasting and promotional purposes without restriction, provided these remain aligned with the historical format of the event. 
  • Full-Size Items: Exhibitors wishing to distribute full-size packaged goods in line with previous years will incur a corkage fee of $100.00 per vendor, plus applicable tax and service charge.
  • Exhibitors wishing to distribute full-size prepared food items in line with previous years will incur a corkage fee of $500.00 per vendor, plus applicable tax and service charge. 
  • Compliance: All exhibitors must comply with Hotel’s health, safety, and insurance requirements. Alcohol samples are not permitted.
  • Exhibitor sampling is intended to promote products vs. providing catering or meals.
